(“Constellation”) (TSX:CSU), today announced its wholly-owned division Vela Operating Group (“Vela”) has entered into an agreement to acquire a software provider of document management solutions in the engineering and construction industry. Completion of the acquisition remains subject to mutually agreed closing conditions.
