MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Jan. 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Icynene U.S. Holding Corp. (“Icynene”) and Lapolla Industries Inc. (“Lapolla”) (OTCQX:LPAD) have finalized their previously announced merger, to deliver best-in-class capabilities and services to the Canadian construction market. The alliance will provide Canadian builders, architects, contractors and end-users with a more robust product mix and will accelerate the pace of research and innovation within the spray foam insulation category.
The two companies will operate as Icynene-Lapolla, and will continue to manufacture and distribute spray foam polyurethane foam insulation (“SPF”) products, roof coating systems and related equipment.
