Oceanteam ASA ("OTS" or "Company") has received a notice from the Register of Business Enterprises ("Register") that the Company has four weeks from 20 January 2018 to appoint and register a new auditor. If the Company fails to remedy this matter by this deadline the Register will notify the District Court thereof.
The Company is working to resolve the matter.
