(Oslo, Norway, February 01, 2018) Solon Eiendom ASA Board Member Tore Aksel Voldberg (through his wholly owned company Skøien AS) has today bought 45.000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 21.8681.
Following this transaction Tore Aksel Voldberg through Skøien AS holds 8 393 547 shares and through Dukat AS holds 3 396 453 for a total holding of 11 790 000 shares, equalling 22,056 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
