SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn., Feb. 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ticket Summit, the leading conference and trade show for ticketing and live entertainment professionals, today announced the schedule for its 2018 conference. Ticket Summit 2018 will be held July 16-18, 2018 at Caesars Palace Las Vegas.
The conference will begin Monday, July 16 with the Networking Cocktail Party from 4 PM to 6 PM. This annual event kicks off the conference by bringing attendees together in an unparalleled networking experience.
Panel sessions begin on Tuesday, July 17 at 10 AM with Online Marketing: PPC and SEO, followed by Pricing & Inventory Management. Tuesday will also feature a keynote panel, to be announced at a later date, and a new panel Inside College Sports, focusing on ticketing for college sports and other collegiate events.
The 2018 schedule will also bring back the popular Workshops for Entrepreneurs, a series of workshops first launched in 2017. The workshops provide attendees with the concrete skills required to run their small businesses. Tuesday’s workshops include Legal Concerns for Ticket Brokers, Insurance Matters for Ticket Brokers, and Mergers & Acquisitions for Ticket Brokers.
Panel sessions continue on Wednesday, July 18 include Legislative Issues for the Ticketing Industry, Combating Fraud, and Inside Venues and Primary Ticketing. Wednesday’s workshops will include Lending for Ticket Brokers, Legal Concerns, Insurance Matters, and more.
The sessions will wrap up on Wednesday with the keynote panel, The Ticketing Industry, a perennial favorite featuring the leaders of key companies in the secondary ticket market. Ticket Summit will conclude on Wednesday, July 18 at 7 PM with the Closing Gala. More details about sessions and speakers will be announced closer to the conference.
