EEStor Names San Francisco Technology Communications Firm Spark as Agency of Record


TORONTO and AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EEStor Corporation (TSXV:ESU) (the “Company” or “EEStor”), developers of  high energy density, solid-state capacitors, today announced that, subject to regulatory approval, it has engaged Spark Public Relations, LLC as its agency of record.  Founded in 1999, the San Francisco based public relations firm built its reputation in the Bay Area through deep technical expertise, an extensive network of relationships with key influencers and customized engagements designed to exceed its clients’ communications goals.

The engagement agreement between the parties provides that Spark will provide public relations services to EEStor for a minimum term of 3 months (subject to earlier termination in certain circumstances), with either party entitled to terminate the engagement after the initial 3 month period on 30 days’ prior written notice. Spark is to be paid an initial non-refundable retainer of US$30,000 with monthly fees thereafter of US$10,423 exclusive of applicable taxes, and is entitled to be reimbursed for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred. Spark and its directors, officers and employees do not own securities of EEStor.
