Coastal Flow Measurement to Participate in 2018 CCAMS School & Exhibition

An active, long-time supporter of the Corpus Christi Area Measurement Society, Coastal Flow will again have a significant presence for 2018… in the classrooms and exhibition hall

HOUSTON, Feb. 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Coastal Flow Measurement family of companies today announced its planned participation in the 2018 Corpus Christi Area Measurement Society (CCAMS) school and exhibition, February 20-21, at the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel.  Coastal Flow will once again have highly experienced and knowledgeable employees conducting classes as well as providing in-depth demonstrations of company systems and services in the exhibition area.

With a significant number of attendees from South Texas, this event will again focus on hydrocarbon measurement technologies for both gas and liquids that are most applicable to the highly active Eagle Ford Shale region.   Many of the CCAMS board members and long‐time school instructors are heavily involved in this region, working as producers, pipeline operators, oilfield service/support companies, and other related vendors, and are committed to supporting its tremendous growth. This year’s school will offer over 70 lecture and hands‐on classes covering natural gas, refined products, crude oil measurement, and quality principles.

The planned hands‐on sessions will provide participants with practical experience involving flow computers, Coriolis meters, pressure transmitters, tubing connections, etc.  The topics and curriculum are comprehensive, covering the needs of field measurement technicians as well as office personnel who deal with measurement.  The 2018 exhibition will include more than 70 companies who will be presenting their newest measurement‐related products and services with special emphasis on the needs of the Eagle Ford Shale region.  Many will be able to provide product demos and have the flexibility to schedule individual meetings during the two‐day event.

CCAMS School and Exhibition information as well as registration links are available on the organization’s website at www.CCAMS.info, and by phone at 210‐522‐2435.
