Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Polarcus Limited ("Polarcus" or the "Company") (OSE: PLCS) on 26 January 2018 regarding Summons for a joint Bondholders' Meeting for the following Bond Issues:

At the joint Bondholders' Meeting held today, 12 February 2018, there were sufficient Bondholders present to form respective quorums. The proposed resolutions for the Restructuring obtained 85.79% of the votes in ISINs NO 001 0680150 and NO 001 0757248, 94.03% of the votes in ISINs NO 001 0714389 and NO 001 0757255, 100% of the votes in ISIN NO 001 0670435 and 100% of the votes in ISINs NO 001 0757263 and NO 001 0757271. Consequently, the proposals for the restructuring plan were adopted with a sufficient majority of bondholders under the Bond Agreements.
