Staffing 360 Solutions’ Subsidiary Monroe Staffing Services has Won INAVERO’s 2018 Best of Staffing® Client Award

Clients of winning agencies are 2.3 times more likely to be completely satisfied

NEW YORK, Feb. 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Staffing 360 Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq:STAF), a company executing an international buy-and-build strategy through the acquisition of staffing organizations in the United States and in the United Kingdom, today announced that its subsidiary, Monroe Staffing Services, a leading staffing agency in the Commercial Staffing and Professional Staffing Services segments, has won Inavero’s 2018 Best of Staffing® Client Award for providing superior service to its clients.

Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, Inavero’s 2018 Best of Staffing® Client Award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients. On average, clients of winning agencies are 2.3 times more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies.

Focused on helping U.S. companies find the right people for their job openings, Monroe Staffing received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 (out of maximum score of 10) from 66.4% of its clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 32%. Of note, less than 2% of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada have earned the Best of Staffing Client Award for service excellence.

“Our team continues to work hard to make excellent customer service a priority and we are proud and honored to be recognized for our efforts with this award,” stated Paul Polito, President of Staffing 360 Solutions’ Commercial Staffing (U.S.) business segment. This is the third year in a row, and the seventh of the last nine, that Monroe Staffing has received this award.

"With a tight labor market and growing economy, finding the right recruiting partners is critical to success,” said Inavero’s CEO Eric Gregg. “Best of Staffing winners prove they can provide consistently remarkable service to their clients and job candidates, and I couldn’t be more proud to feature them on BestofStaffing.com.”
