Bayshore Petroleum Corp. (“Bayshore” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:BSH) announces the appointment of a Mr. Po Kwong (Ivan) Chan as Director of Finance in Hong Kong effective immediately.  Mr. Chan is a businessman resident in Hong Kong, and a director of several private companies located in Hong Kong and throughout Asia.  This included Dutfield Consultants Ltd., Morag Investments Limited, and other companies in Hong Kong and overseas.  Mr. Chan brings decades of financial and strategic banking expertise to Bayshore, and the Company is pleased to have him working as executive director in lieu of more financial and operation business development in Hong Kong.  Meantime, Bayshore’s Director, President and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Mark Roth will be resigning effective immediately. The Chairman/CEO Mr. Peter Ho will act as temporary CFO until a new CFO is appointed.
