Mobylife updates the financial calendar
Copenhagen, 20 February 2018
With reference to the Company Announcements made on 9 February 2018 and 14 February 2018 respectively in which Mobylife announced its intention to conduct discussions with the holders of its outstanding notes, on a confidential basis, on proposed amendments to the capital structure of the Company it has been decided to postpone the publication of the 2017 Annual Report which was due to be issued on 21 February 2018.
A new financial calendar will be announced as soon as possible.
