LAS VEGAS, Feb. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WealthIntel Inc. and The Perfect Processor, TPP, LLC ("TPP") announced  today an initial agreement to partner in connection with WealthIntel’s proprietary method of payment, finance, and commerce named W$T created by investor creator Fabrizio Boccardi, designed to disrupt and significantly innovate how the public is served in the payment and finance verticals.

The preliminary accord sets up a road map for TPP to provide certain capabilities and help craft components for the unique type of payment technology of W$T during beta.

The arrangement also procures the opportunity for TPP to invest in WealthIntel and/or to provide certain licenses that WealthIntel may require.

More specifically, TPP agrees to provide access to financial partners, their development services, proprietary closed loop network capabilities, and traditional network and payment rails that WealthIntel is considering for W$T.
