Zhilabs FlowSight powers Celcom Axiata Customer Intelligence and Analytics

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, Feb. 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Zhilabs announced today that it will equip Celcom Axiata Berhad´s Customer Intelligence and Analytics Division with FlowSight, a solution that provides Real-Time End-to-End Subscriber-level visibility from RAN to Packet/IMS Core.

GlobeOSS, as services provider, provides the consulting, system implementation, system integration, customization, support and managed services to Celcom Customer Intelligence and Analytics.

The solution helps Celcom to:
