Sponda Plc's Financial Statements 2017, Report by the Board of Directors and Auditor's Report have been published attached to this stock exchange release and on the company website at https://investors.sponda.fi/en/reports-and-presentations. The Financial Statements 2017 are available in Finnish and English.

Sponda's responsibility report is expected to be published in March, during week 11. Sponda reports results and objectives of the responsibility efforts each year in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting guidelines.
