TORONTO, March 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The board of directors of Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX:CSU) announced today the resignation of Ian McKinnon from the Company’s Board of Directors.

The board of directors of Constellation announced that Lori O’Neill will join the board of directors to fill the vacancy. 

Lori O’Neill FCPA, FCA, CPA, ICD.D is a director and consultant. She was a partner in a global professional services firm which she served for over 25 years. Lori is a board member and chair of the Audit Committee of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, Defence Construction Canada, The Pythian Group, Ashbury College, University of Ottawa Heart Institute, Startup Canada, and is a member of the board of directors of Hydro Ottawa.
