Entra has signed an agreement to buy the property Nils Hansens vei 20 at Bryn in Oslo for NOK 50 mill. The property is approximately 3,150 sqm and is 81 % let on short term contracts.
Nils Hansens vei 20 is located at Bryn. Bryn/Helsfyr is one of Entra's core property clusters in Oslo. The property has a development potential in an exciting area which is expected to see significant development in the coming years.
Closing is expected to take place 3 April 2018.
