Malmo, Sweden, March 21, 2018 - Hoylu, a leading enterprise collaboration company announced today that it has entered into a multi-year, software-only agreement with Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam (GLR), the Dutch creative college for media, design & technology and largest creative college of its kind in the Netherlands. The agreement represents a minimum of SEK 2,000,000 in SAAS licensing revenue over a 5 year period. The agreement also includes an offer to all graduating students of the college with a total potential of an additional SEK 5,000,000.
Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam boasts over 4,000 students and 350 faculty members and under this agreement will have full access to the Hoylu collaboration environment on all personal devices, including Mac and PC laptops, tablets and mobile phones. This order represents the first large software-only license business for Hoylu and secures a multi-year paid engagement with the college.
This latest order is in addition to orders and expansion of business from existing Hoylu partner Shorelight that totals an additional SEK 550,000 in product and software revenue for Q1. These orders are intended for global delivery into China and India and continues to expand on Hoylu's worldwide education business.
