SELIGSON & CO OMX HELSINKI 25 EXCHANGE TRADED FUND UCITS ETF: AUDITOR APPOINTED BY THE SHAREHOLDERS
The Annual General Meeting of the Delegation of Shareholders for the funds managed by Seligson & Co Fund Management Company, held on 21 March 2018, has chosen Authorized Public Accountant Mikko Kylliäinen to continue as the auditor of the fund. Authorized Public Accountant Tiia Kataja was chosen as the new deputy auditor of the fund.
The auditors and deputy auditors chosen by the Annual General Meeting of the Fund Management Company remained unchanged.
