SELIGSON & CO OMX HELSINKI 25 EXCHANGE TRADED FUND UCITS ETF: CHANGE IN THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF THE MANAGING COMPANY
An extraordinary general meeting of Seligson & Co Fund Management Company Plc, the company that manages the Seligson & Co OMX Helsinki 25 Exchange Traded Fund UCITS ETF, has decided to change the articles of association of Seligson & Co Fund Management Company Plc. The most essential change concerns the branch of activity of the company (2§), which is expanded to include investment services, assuming that the required permits for the expansion are obtained from the authorities. Further, the following paragraphs were also changed: 4§ the Board (the number of members), 8§ Notice of Meeting (the method of sending the notices), and 11§ Redemption Clause (paragraph removed). The changes do not affect the Seligson & Co OMX Helsinki 25 Exchange Traded Fund UCITS ETF or the funds unit holders.
