Jarmo Simola resigns from Efore Plc’s Board of Directors
Jarmo Simola has today notified Efore Plc that he will resign from the company’s Board of Directors. He will resign from the Board with immediate effect.
The Board of Directors continues to operate with three (3) members until the next Annual General Meeting.
