DELAY IN FILING OF THE GROUP’S ANNUAL CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2017
The Board announces that due to a delay in the Auditors receiving the accounting information for a subsidiary placed into Administration from the Administrators, the Company has not been in a position to file its Consolidated Financial Statements for the Period ended 31st December 2017 by the 31st March 2018 as required.
However, the Directors wish to assure all members that we fully expect the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements to be filed within the Companies House statutory deadline of the 30th June 2018.
