Diverse, Growing Portfolio of Games Products

Everi Games’ product momentum continues to increase and the solutions on display at NIGA 2018 will clearly demonstrate the Company’s exciting and growing lineup of powerful new cabinet options designed to leverage Everi’s new licensed and original content game themes. Key highlights of the Everi Games display at NIGA 2018 (Booth #1146) include:

The Empire MPX™ (“E43”), which is available for sale with twelve themes, giving casinos the variety they need to entice their patrons to come back wanting more. A highlight from the game mix is Lightning Zap™, an innovative game with no reels and fast game play that has shown outstanding performance in initial field placements.

Everi will also debut the much anticipated Buffy the Vampire Slayer™, based on the wildly popular 90s TV show that has since led to successful movies and books thanks to a strong cult following. The company will also display the classic musical Singin’ in the Rain™ starring Hollywood icon Gene Kelly. Both of these titles will reside on the E43 cabinet for the participation segment of tribal casino slot floors.

The all-new Empire 5527™ (“E5527”) launched in March 2018 and will feature three exciting licensed themes, The Brady Bunch™, based on the popular 70s TV show, Fruit Ninja™, one of the most downloaded casual social games of all time, and Felix the Cat™, the black-and-white cartoon born in 1919 during the silent film era. Everi’s E5527 provides an inviting experience for players, featuring a 27” main display and an edge-lit 55” portrait top display with game-controlled lighting. The E5527 leverages the Empire MPX™ base to allow operators to configure the cabinet in ways that save valuable floor space while giving casino patrons plenty of room to play comfortably. These premium cabinets also include game theme specific merchandising packages featuring toppers and side LED panels, making games stand out on the casino floor.

The legendary country music of Willie Nelson, one of the most iconic American singer-songwriters of all time, will debut on slot floors with two new games for Everi’s Player Classic® mechanical reel cabinet: Willie Nelson’s Shotgun Willie™ and Willie Nelson’s Whiskey River™. These classic Everi mechanical reel games feature eye-catching merchandising such as a 55" sign display surrounded by backlit plexiglass, as well as pod fillers that showcase the game themes. With Everi’s proven mechanical reel game track record, don't miss out on these brand new games which combine the song stylings of Willie Nelson with classic Everi game mechanics.

Everi will also showcase Everi Bet™ 2.0, which was recently unveiled on the list of Casino Journal's Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Technology Awards 2017. Everi Bet™ 2.0 increases the configurable options for casino operators to assign individual payback, or Return to Player (RTP), to each bet increment. This feature incentivizes players to bet up from minimum wagers and receive better rewards through a more favorable paytable and RTP based on the higher wager.

Leading Provider of Payments Solutions
Everi Payments products on display at NIGA 2018 will focus on bringing innovation to floor-wide cash access, improving cash handling on the casino floor, and providing data driven solutions:

CashClub Wallet™ is a sophisticated, interactive, electronic wallet that consolidates payment options for players when integrated with Everi’s CashClub® software and full-service Xchange kiosks. CashClub Wallet allows players to store multiple payment methods, easily move funds in and out of the casino, and manage their spending limits, thus supporting responsible gaming initiatives. CashClub Wallet also creates consistency across payment types through a convenient and efficient patron interface.

Everi’s newest full service kiosks, the CXC 5.0 and CXC 5.0L, offer enhanced security features including self-frosting glass and a real-time rear view camera to give casino patrons a more private and secure cash access experience. Built with the operator in mind, the CXC 5.0 kiosk provides ample branding and marketing space on the second screen as well as on custom fit LCD panels between each kiosk in wall or pod configurations. These newest kiosks also offer the Company’s same great functionality such as ATM, bill break, ticket redemption, QuikTicket™, and Giving Module with a more sophisticated, secure and appealing look. Operators selecting the CXC 5.0L benefit from similar properties, security features and marketing opportunities, all on a smaller footprint device.

Everi Cares™ Giving Module, Everi’s revolutionary new socially conscious ticket redemption product, provides players with the opportunity to donate the change (or more) from their gaming ticket to select charities. Everi Cares Giving Module is a recipient of Casino Journal's Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Technology Awards 2017 and is now available on more than 173 kiosks at properties across the United States. In the first three months of 2018, Everi Cares Giving Module facilitated donations of almost $50,000 to thirteen national and regional charities. For one charity in Oklahoma, the amount of donations received in January and February 2018 is equivalent to providing roughly 16,000 free meals to the community.

AML Intelligence for Everi Compliance® combines the Company’s deep experience in gaming AML with VizExplorer’s industry-proven analytics platform to help operators quickly identify potentially suspicious activity. As casino systems create an ever-increasing amount of data, proper tools are necessary to sift through this data to extract meaningful intelligence and insight. AML Intelligence provides operators with easy-to-use tools for searching, case management, subject management and monitoring that are needed for federally mandated compliance.

NIGA Charity Slot Tournament Returns for 2018
For the second year running, Everi is bringing its Charity Slot Tournament to the NIGA show floor. Leveraging the Company’s industry-leading TournEvent slot tournament solution and hosted in partnership with NIGA Chairman Ernest Stevens, Jr., the Charity Slot Tournament benefiting Spirit of Sovereignty will be held at Everi’s booth (#1146) at the Las Vegas Convention Center on Friday, April 20 at 10:30 am PT.

Spirit of Sovereignty was established in 2002 as the charitable arm of NIGA and is a NIGA-advised donor fund at the Indian Land Tenure Foundation. It directly supports the efforts of Native Americans and Native American tribes to achieve self-determination through educational opportunities and positive children’s programming.

The first-place winner of the Charity Slot Tournament will direct up to $10,000 of the charitable proceeds to the program of their choice within the Spirit of Sovereignty, supporting scholarships at tribal colleges or programs serving Native youth on the reservation of their choice while the second and third place finishers will direct up to $5,000 and up to $3,000, respectively, based on number of participants. Visitors to NIGA 2018 are invited to attend and cheer on the participants as they compete to benefit this worthy cause.
