Unisync Reclassifies Common Shares


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Unisync Corp. (TSXV:UNI) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that on April 20, 2018 the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) approved an amendment to the Company’s articles to change the identifying name of the Company’s common shares from “Class B Common Shares” to “Common Shares” (the “Reclassification”). Effective April 23, 2018, the name identifying the common shares on the Exchange will be “Common Shares.”

The Common Shares will continue to trade on the Exchange under the symbol “UNI” and the CUSIP will remain unchanged as 90922H207.

No action is required on behalf of the shareholders of the Company with respect to the Reclassification.
