As of 10.05.2018 Odyssey Europe AS held 135,024,430 shares of OEG, representing 88.95% of all the votes represented by the shares of OEG. Novalpina Capital Partners I GP S.à r.l. is the ultimate parent of Odyssey Europe AS.
The issuer is required to notify the stock exchange of changes in substantial ownership as per § 186 of the Securities Market Act.
