MONACO, May 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Navios Maritime Containers Inc. (to be converted to Navios Maritime Containers L.P.) (“Navios Containers”) (N-OTC:NMCI) today announced that it has submitted a confidential draft registration statement on Form F-1 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common units. The number of common units to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. 

The initial public offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes the review process with respect to Navios Containers’ registration statement, subject to market conditions and other considerations.
