Ms. Harrison has more than 17 years of industry experience as well as a vast career in customer service. In 2002, she founded the Harrison Group, a community management company in California. At Associa Arizona, she focuses on delivering unsurpassed management and customer service to her communities and clients.
Ms. Bates is a community manager with more than 23 years of customer service experience including 15 years specializing in multi-housing and Homeowners Association (HOA) management. Ms. Bates holds a Liberal Arts degree with a Certificate of Humanities Studies as well as an Arizona Real Estate License since 2010.
Ms. Parker has more than 14 years of association property management experience in southern Arizona. She has managed different property types including single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and business plazas. As an Associa Arizona team member, Ms. Parker has held several positions including administrative assistant and community manager, where she focuses on transitioning new and developing communities to homeowner-controlled associations. She is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is actively pursuing her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.
