A consortium of Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company, and Mapri Ehitus OÜ entered into a contract with HTR Support OÜ for the design and construction of a 4-storey commercial and office building in Sepa 19, Tartu. The building will have 3,138 m² of net space.
The value of the contract is 4.43 million euros plus value added tax. The construction works will be completed in April 2019.
