As part of a broad re-branding initiative, the new name reflects the Company’s expanded offering of tech-centric defense solutions which has grown significantly from its inceptive singular focus on decontamination & repair of personal protective equipment.
In a seamless transition for shareholders, the Company will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “MRS”. Additional details on the effective date of the name change will be provided in due course.
