Nasdaq Stockholm Welcomes I-Tech to First North


Stockholm, May 28, 2018— Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the trading in I-Tech AB’s shares (short name: ITECH) will commence today on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. I-Tech belongs to the Basic Materials sector and is the 32nd company to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq’s Nordic markets* in 2018.

I-Tech is a biotechnology company that owns all IP and regulatory rights to the antifouling agent Selektope. I-Tech also controls the largest and most efficient source of medetomidine production. The company’s business concept is to offer its technology to the global paint industry as the principal active agent in marine antifouling paints, and its vision is to establish Selektope as the leading alternative biocide to prohibit marine growth in an effective and sustainable way.
