Spearhavoc Finans A/S is pleased to announce that the audited accounts for the period to 31 December 2017 will be published on Friday June 15th 2018.
Due to the recent publicity in Boersen, the announcement of the correction to the Company Description and the recent overhaul of the Management (as previously announced to the Market) and in order for the new Management to have their input on the accounts, this date has been agreed with our auditors, Beierholm Statautoriserede Revisorer A/S.
It is the new Management's wish that the accounts be as thorough and transparent as possible and the account release date of June 15th2018 ensures that.
Spearhavoc Finans A/S is 100 pct owned by Spearhavoc Invest Aps, the Danish property owner and developer specializing in rental residential property and in converting commercial and retail properties into rental residential use in Denmark.
Spearhavoc owns properties and has on-going projects in Jutland, on Funen and on Zealand, Denmark.
