Announcement concerning large shareholders under the Danish Capital Markets Act
Ringkjøbing Landbobank has today been informed by Nykredit Portefølje Administration A/S that the company Kapitalforeningen Investin Pro, company reg. (CVR) no. 28 98 59 75, exceeded the 5% limit, as Kapitalforeningen Investin Pro with effect from the 8th of May 2017 had an ownership in Ringkjøbing Landbobank of 1,139,120 shares equivalent 5.10% of the bank's former share capital of nom. DKK 22,350,000 and 5.22% of the bank's current share capital of nom. DKK 21,812,000.
