The EUR 115,000,000 senior secured callable bonds issued by Cembrit Group A/S on 20 March 2017 were listed on the STO Corporate Bonds list of Nasdaq Stockholm on 15 March 2018. In conjunction with this, Cembrit Group A/S has chosen Sweden as its home member state pursuant to the Swedish Securities Market Act (2007:528) and the EU Transparency Directive (2004/109/EC). As a result, Cembrit Group A/S will publish information in respect of its listed notes in accordance with Swedish law and the regulations of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
