Result of the extraordinary general meeting of Nordjyske Bank on 7 June 2018
The bank was informed today, Thursday 7 June 2018, of the result of the extraordinary general meeting of Nordjyske Bank.
Nordjyske Bank’s extraordinary general meeting adopted the proposal for a merger with Ringkjøbing Landbobank, and the only outstanding condition for the merger between Ringkjøbing Landbobank and Nordjyske Bank is now the receipt of final permission from the Danish FSA for the proposed merger pursuant to section 204 of the Danish Financial Business Act, which is expected tomorrow on Friday 8 June 2018.
