The annual meeting has been moved to The Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio Rim on 5730 Rim Pass, San Antonio, TX 78257 in Alamo C meeting room.  The meeting time or date has not changed, and the 2018 annual meeting will still take place on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 10 a.m. local time. 

Payment Data recommends that shareholders vote by telephone or the internet even if shareholders plan on attending the meeting.
