Announcement concerning large shareholders under the Danish Act on Capital Markets
Nykredit Portefølje Administration A/S has today notified Ringkjøbing Landbobank of Kapitalforeningen Investin Pro’s, company reg. (CVR) no. 28985975, ownership interest in the bank.
With effect from 8 June 2018, the ownership interest has fallen to below 5% because of the increase in the bank’s share capital to nom. DKK 30,994,258 following the merger.
