Capital Southwest Announces Sale of TitanLiner

DALLAS, June 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Capital Southwest Corporation (“Capital Southwest”) (Nasdaq:CSWC), an internally managed business development company focused on providing flexible financing solutions to support the acquisition and growth of middle market businesses, today announced that it closed the sale of its investment in TitanLiner, Inc. (“TitanLiner” or “the Company”) in conjunction with the sale of the Company on June 6, 2018.
