Today, Landsbankinn concluded a covered bond auction where three series were offered for sale.

In total, 19 bids were received in the auction for the total amount of ISK 4,640m.

A total of 2 bids for ISK 240m were received in the series LBANK CB 23 at 5.40% yield. Both bids were accepted in the series. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 1,620m.

A total of 9 bids for ISK 2,300m were received in the series LBANK CBI 24 at 2.70%-2.74% yield. All bids were accepted at 2.74% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 17,100m.

A total of 8 bids for ISK 2,100m were received in the series LBANK CBI 28 at 2.69%-2.74% yield. All bids were accepted at 2.74% yield. Following the tap issuance, the total amount issued in the series will be ISK 27,860m.

The bonds are scheduled to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Iceland on 21 June 2018. Arion banki, Islandsbanki and Kvika act as market makers for covered bonds issued by Landsbankinn.
