Denver, June 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TiE Rockies, the Colorado chapter of TiE Global, the largest entrepreneur’s network in the world, today announced plans for its annual regional conference, TieCon Northwest, at Fritz Knoebel Events center on the Denver University Campus in Denver on Aug. 22-24. The conference will feature a number of informative guest speakers from around the world, including the Pacific Northwest, Silicon Valley, Canada, China, India and United Arab Emirates.
TiE Rockies supports entrepreneurs in all industries, at all stages, from ideation to exit. The nonprofit venture supports Colorado entrepreneurs through networking events, mentorship programs and professional and business development opportunities.
The two-day regional event includes the opportunity for 1-on-1 networking and mentorship opportunities with established entrepreneurs as well as a pitch competition on Aug. 23. Entries into the pitch competition will be evaluated based on when they were received as well as on the quality of the pitch deck submitted. Winners will have the opportunity to participate in additional pitch competitions in Silicon Valley as well as globally in Delhi, India.
