Lumo homes to be built in the centre of Hämeenlinna
Lumo Kodit Oy is having 74 Lumo rental apartments built at Linnaniemenkatu 1 in Hämeenlinna. The apartments will be located in the city centre close to all services. Linnaniemenkatu 1 is also surrounded by parks, and there will be a view extending all the way to Lake Vanajavesi.
The apartments will be built by Lehto Asunnot Oy, a Lehto Group company. "It has been a pleasure working with Kojamo, and planning has proceeded smoothly. It's great to be building apartments in such a historical location next to Häme Castle and its attractive parks, with only a short walk to the market square," says Joona Paloranta, Program Director at the Housing Service Area of Lehto Group.

Linnaniemi is close not only to Häme Castle but also to Verkatehdas, an old factory turned into a venue for events. It houses Bio Rex, a theatre, an art museum and more.
The new homes will be completed in autumn 2019, and they will include one-, two- and three-room apartments.
