A Letter of Intent has been signed by and between Unique Global LLC, Sharjah Media City, United Arab Emirates, and Zicix Corporation.
Under terms of the LOI, Gaurav Singhal, President of Unique Global, agrees to put forth the framework required to introduce the Smart Money Card™ to multiple markets in Asia and the Middle East.
It is envisioned that the Smart Money Card’s technology will benefit both private and public commerce.
