Riddle & Bloom Expands Office Space and Headcount to Meet Brand Marketers’ Demand for Closer, More “Frictionless” Connections with Next Gen Consumers

Agency announces enhanced digital services, new Boston office location and multiple new hires to accommodate rapid growth

BOSTON, June 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Riddle & Bloom, an “Ideas and Access” agency that specializes in helping brands connect with generation “next,” announced it will be relocating its offices from Kingston Street to 54 Canal Street in Boston to accommodate its rapid growth in personnel and expanded services. The agency is nearly doubling the square footage of its office space with the move to the North Station area of Boston. The new office will be large enough to house added new employees as well as its sister company Accorin, a full-service digital agency with deep digital marketing and e-commerce expertise acquired in late 2016. Frank Thompson, Managing Director Digital and E-Commerce, Graham Lubie, VP Strategy and E-Commerce, and their teams will continue in their roles in this new location.

Amping Up the Digital Component

Riddle & Bloom’s new, closer relationship with Accorin supports the company’s mission to offer leading brands an integrated approach of behavioral insights and experiential marketing, including more personalized digital experiences, to help them understand and engage with today’s newest consumers.

“Millennials, Gen Z and their younger cohorts Gen Alpha come with the expectation that brands know them, understand what they like and care about, and will interact with them accordingly,” said Chip Rives, CEO, Riddle & Bloom. “They expect seamless, hassle-free brand interactions. By integrating Accorin’s digital expertise into our experiential campaigns helps us get brands closer to their consumer by enabling personalized and compelling connections through a natural, ‘frictionless’ digital experience.”

With its track record in designing, developing and managing transformative e-commerce sites, Accorin compliments and emphasizes Riddle & Bloom’s “audience first” approach through relevant and memorable experiential programs, especially those incorporating a digital and/or social media component. Riddle & Bloom has already started to integrate Accorin’s digital expertise in several client activations via customized online features, websites, e-commerce application and survey work.
