The shareholders of Olympic Casino Eesti AS, the Estonian subsidiary of Olympic Entertainment Group AS, resolved to recall all the current members of the supervisory board of Olympic Casino Eesti AS (i.e. Armin Karu, Jaan Korpusov and Liina Linsi) and to elect Stefan Kowski, Mickael Betito and Dr Günter Maximilian Schmid to be the new members of the supervisory board. The authorities of the new members of the supervisory board commenced on 27.06.2018 and are valid for a term of 5 years. No remuneration is paid for performing the duties of the member of supervisory board.
The members of the supervisory board elected Stefan Kowski from among themselves to be the chairman of the supervisory board.
