VMP Plc to merge Romana and Personnel recruitment brands
VMP will simplify its service offering by merging its recruitment consultancies Romana Management and Personnel into the Personnel brand in September 2018. The merger is related to the Group’s internal reorganization arrangement mentioned in VMP’s Offering Circular. Until now, VMP has provided comprehensive services in recruitment, suitability assessment, training, and executive search under both the Personnel and Romana brands.
“The merger will bring clear benefits to the customers of both companies. Romana’s customers will have access to a significantly more extensive network of business locations, while Personnel’s customers will benefit from the more comprehensive organizational development services,” says Ari Juvonen, Managing Director at Personnel.
Romana’s strong expertise in organizational and leadership development will expand Personnel’s service offering. Through the merger, Personnel’s comprehensive network of business locations will also gain a new location in Turku. At the same time, Personnel’s staff will increase to over fifty employees.
