The conference, which will feature Black Hat Trainings for the first time, also launched its advisory board, which features some of the cybersecurity industry’s most prominent executives.
The eight-member INsecurity Advisory Board will offer first-hand insight and recommendations for the conference, which offers a unique combination of interactivity and defense-focused content for IT and security professionals. The advisors will provide front-line views on the challenges and threats faced by today’s cyber defenders, as well as best practices for building and managing cybersecurity in the enterprise.

This track offers an in-depth look at best practices, tools and techniques for maximizing an enterprise’s cybersecurity efforts. Sessions will provide practical, peer-level instruction and discussion on core practices such as security administration, encryption and data leak protection. Sessions will also offer recommendations on how to improve security operations and the day-to-day practices and technologies that make data defense work - including incident response, user provisioning, patch management, threat intelligence analysis and more.

Designed to cover the “big picture” of running the security effort, this track offers advice and recommendations on how to build a holistic defense and a comprehensive strategy for defending enterprise data from experts.
