Yara management share purchases


Oslo, 17 July 2018:

President and CEO Svein Tore Holsether purchased 5,900 shares at a price of NOK 337.58 per share. Following this purchase and today's LTIP share purchase (see separate notification) he owns  31,866 Yara shares.

EVP Production Tove Andersen purchased 1,000 shares at a price of NOK 335.32 per share. Following this purchase and today's LTIP share purchase (see separate notification) she owns 6,604 Yara shares.

EVP Crop Nutrition Terje Knutsen purchased 1,335 shares at a price of NOK 335.48 per share. Following this purchase and today's LTIP share purchase (see separate notification) he owns 8,236 Yara shares.

EVP Supply Chain Pablo Barrera Lopez purchased 500 shares at a price of NOK 337.51 per share. Following this purchase and today's LTIP share purchase (see separate notification) he owns 1,778 Yara shares.

EVP People & Global Functions Lene Trollnes purchased 3,000 shares at a price of NOK 337.58 per share. Following this purchase and today's LTIP share purchase (see separate notification) she owns 11,515 Yara shares.

EVP and Chief Financial Officer Petter Østbø purchased 5,900 shares at a price of NOK 337.58 per share. Following this purchase and today's LTIP share purchase (see separate notification) he owns 14,664 Yara shares.
