AS Olainfarm hereby informs about the following decisions taken by its Supervisory Council on July 24, 2018:

Remove Salvis Lapins from position of Board member of AS Olainfarm as of July 24, 2018;

Appoint Lauris Macijevskis to the position of the Board member with rights of separate representation.
