Calgary, Alberta, July 26, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Real Property Management (RPM) welcomes new owner, Brian Cripps, to its network of franchisees. Cripps will open Real Property Management Lifestone on July 16, 2018 in Calgary, Alberta. He purchased his first rental property 5 years ago, and since then has learned to deal with a variety of issues relating to properties and tenants. He will bring his first-hand experience to the business to understand and serve his clients.
“When it comes down to it, property management is a people business. As an investor, we had acquired enough properties to know we liked what we were doing and wanted to take it a step further,” says Brian Cripps. “When we started out, the learning curve was steep, and we found that we needed to build systems to ensure that our investment was secure in a market that was changing rapidly.”
Cripps recognized that he wanted to learn more about the business and that he would benefit from the experience of working with an internationally respected brand. As Brian began speaking with other real estate investors, he discovered that his challenges were not unique, but that by creating systems and sticking to them he was able to find solutions to common problems quickly. It was then that Brian felt confident that he had something unique that he could provide to the Calgary community.
Cripps brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. In his past role as a business analyst, he acquired a strong skill-set in reviewing data and acting on evidence. “In a fast-paced industry, such as real estate, I believe I am able to assist property owners in managing their investments to their full potential. I believe RPM, has the tools and know-how to help me achieve my goals of providing seamless customer service to my clients”, says Cripps.
Real Property Management Lifestone is located in North West Calgary, and Cripps is eyeing a possible expansion into Cochrane. Brian has lived in Calgary for more than 30 years and is developing a well-respected name in the community. He is also very involved in the professional real estate community; he is a member of both REIN (Real Estate Investment Network) and CRRA (Calgary Residential Rental Association).
