King of Prussia, PA, Aug. 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Associa Mid-Atlantic is excited to announce that community managers Natalie Fries, CMCA®, AMS®, and Tami Rutkowski, CMCA®, AMS®, have obtained their Professional Manager of Community Associations (PCAM®) designation through Community Associations Institute (CAI).
The PCAM® designation is the highest professional recognition available to managers who specialize in community association management. In order to earn the PCAM®, managers must have five years of experience, successfully complete all six M-200 level programs, earn the CMCA® designation and complete a case study.
Ms. Fries has been a valued Associa Mid-Atlantic team member since 2004 and currently manages a portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. Ms. Rutkowski has more than 20 years of industry experience and joined Associa Mid-Atlantic in 2012. She currently manages a portfolio of communities in Burlington, Gloucester and Atlantic counties. Ms. Rutkowski is serving her second year on the CAI Communications and Content Committee which develops the Community Assets publication for the PA-DELVAL chapter of CAI.
