European Energy A/S: Agreement signed for the sale of wind farm in Italy with a capacity of 39 MW

Today European Energy A/S signed an agreement for the sale of a wind farm in Italy with a total capacity of 39 MW to an Italian buyer. The wind farm is located in the Municipalities of Tolve and Vaglio Basilicata in the Basilicata Region, Italy and is the largest wind farm under construction in Italy.

European Energy A/S owns 100% of the wind farm, which is scheduled to come into operation in the course of September 2018. The wind farm consist of a total of 13 Siemens SWT-3.0-113 MW turbines. The sale is conditioned upon the satisfaction of a number of conditions precedent and closing is expected to take place before the end of Q1 2019. 

The sale will (subject to closing of the transaction) contribute positively to European Energy A/S' financial position.
