FORT MYERS, Fla., Aug. 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Condominium Associates along with Precedent Hospitality Management are pleased to announce the appointment of Wendy Murray, LCAM, CMCA, AMS as Vice President of the southwest Florida Region. She will be overseeing operations, sales, and acquisitions for the region. Ms. Murray's charge is to continue the rapid expansion of the Condominium Associates and Precedent Hospitality brands in the southwest Florida market area. “I am so excited to join a management company that genuinely cares about its communities and delivers the highest standards in community association management,” says Murray about her new role and opportunity.
Ms. Murray comes to Condominium Associates and Precedent Hospitality with decades of industry experience. She has experience as a Vice President of a local community bank as well as experience as an executive for a large community association management firm.
Ms. Murray is a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with both the CMCA and AMS designations. She is a Florida state approved presenter for numerous continuing education Community Association Manager (CAM) courses and she has experience as a Board President for a large Homeowners Association and experience as a Florida state Supreme Court-Certified County Court Mediator. She is passionate about disaster preparedness for community associations. Through FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute, she became a graduate of their CERT program in 2004 and their Professional Development Series in 2006. She uses this knowledge to teach boards in disaster and hurricane preparedness.
